Khums: For our new building, we have permission for the followers of Ayatullah Sistani that if
we receive total Khums (both Sahme-Imam and Sahme-Sadaat). We can utilize all of Sahme-
Imam for the building and send all of Sahme-Sadaat to I.M.A.M.
However, if we receive Khums (Sahme Imam only) then we keep 50% of Sahme Imam and send
the other 50% of Sahme Imam to I.M.A.M. You are responsible for your Sahme Sadaat.
For example:
Example 1: If we receive total Khums of $100 we will keep $50 Sahme Imam for the building
and send $50 Sahme Sadat to I.M.A.M.
Example 2: If we receive $50 of Sahme Imam only then we will keep $25 of Sahme Imam and
send the other half of Sahme Imam i.e. $25 to I.M.A.M. You are responsible for your Sahme
Sadaat.
